Kedarnath Tour Packages

Kedarnath Temple Darshan 2024: This Temple is covered by the snow so mostly closed in winter season due to bed wheater condition. It opens only between the months of April (Akshaya Tritiya) and November (Kartik Purnima, the autumn full moon) at every year.

Kedarnath is one of the most magnificent Char Dham temples, located in the Himalayas near the Chorabari Glacier, the Mandakini River's source, and surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

At 11,755 feet above sea level, Gaurikund, the nearest roadhead to Kedarnath, is around 14 kilometres away. The tumultuous waves of the 2013 flash flood, as well as rocks falling from cliff sides, wreaked havoc on the village surrounding the temple. The big boulder that tumbled down from the hill and stopped short of the temple, preventing floods and avalanches from reaching the temple, is valued in the same way that the stone hump inside the shrine is.

Make sure your Kedarnath Tour Package includes a long visit to the Kedarnath temple. Swastik Holiday offers a wide range of Kedarnath Packages, explore and book now.
